Main idea with the redesign of this website was to simplify the whole look, in particular the homepage. They really wanted to focus more on promoting only what they deemed was necessary throughout the site, and as previously the homepage showed a lot of information, this was stripped right down - a current trend with websites nowadays. Getting the balance right between clean and clear and big impact sports website can be tricky but i think we did well with this one. Looking at some of the american sports sites i still think they put too much into the homepages. just my opinion!
This is the 2nd re-design of this site I've done now over the last 5 years.
